1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via SMS/Email.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen reasons.
3. Shipping Charges

Flat ₹50 shipping charge on all orders.

✅ Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected products and locations.

Any extra COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/Email.

6. Delivery Partners

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

BreezeBay is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete information.
9. Damaged or Tampered Package
If you receive a damaged or opened package:

Do not accept the delivery.

Take clear photos/video and contact us within 24 hours.
10. Shipping Locations

Currently, we deliver only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
At BreezeBay, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return & refund rules carefully before placing an order.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
To request a return or refund, a clear unboxing video is compulsory in the following cases:

Damaged product

Wrong product received

Missing items
Video Rules:

Video must start before opening the package

Must clearly show the shipping label

Must be one continuous, unedited recording
❌ No return or refund will be processed without a valid unboxing video.
2. Invoice Submission via Email

The order invoice is mandatory for all return or refund requests.

3. Return Request Time Limit

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
4. Return Eligibility Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:

Product is unused

Product is in original packaging
-
All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged products (due to customer handling)

Clearance or sale items

6. Refund Processing

After product inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed only via Bank Transfer or UPI to the customer’s provided account.

Customers must share correct bank/UPI details along with the invoice and unboxing video for COD refunds.

BreezeBay is not responsible for refund delays due to incorrect bank details shared by the customer.
7. Final Authority

BreezeBay reserves the final right to approve or reject any return or refund request after verification of the product, invoice, and unboxing video.
